Like many other cities, Philadelphia loves its movie stars and famous athletes. What makes us a little different though is that we have that same level of admiration for our wonderful trees. Or as we like to call them around here, CelebriTrees. Yes, spotting that maple in all its autumn glory, or that cherry tree in full blossom is enough to drive any Philadelphian to whip out their camera and click away in an excited frenzy. While some people might debate the merit of placing celebrities on pedestals, in Philadelphia we all agree that it’s great to give our CelebriTrees all the special treatment
they deserve.
Yes, Philadelphia loves their trees, and with each passing season their trees’ CelebriTree status only grows larger.
